In a fantastic cross section of fun, Lego and Google Australia have teamed up to create Build With Chrome. Using Google Maps and Lego blocks, users of the Chrome web browser can scope out a plot of land on a map of the world to create their own shared Lego creations.

Like popular block building MMO game Minecraft, the map is multi-user and interactive so users can see what creations other people have made. Though currently limited to a map of Australia and New Zealand, it's still a really fun concept. Google never seems to shy away from interesting collaborations, and this one certainly brings me back to my childhood. Go try it out!
